About Us
QI SCHOOL Story
Qi School (Franklin) was founded by entrepreneur Mr. Liangming Qi. Mr. Qi headed one of the biggest retail chains for mobile phones in China for ten years before immersing himself in the field of early childhood education. He has founded the Qi Education Group, which owns and operates 15 childcare centers and one K-12 school in China and the U.S. He has also donated to found the Qi Research Center for Preschool Education at West China Normal University.
After three years of preparation that included curriculum development and renovation of a beautiful, light-filled building, Qi School opened its doors to families in June 2016. As a proud provider of education and care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, Qi School was held to the highest standards from the very beginning.
Our current Director Tracey Jobin has been working in the childcare field for 28 years. She started as an infant and toddler teacher and worked her way to Director certification. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the past 5 years, Qi School has grown and gained families’ trust. We are always looking for ways to improve our educational practices, and hope to continue growing along with our children and families.
